Refund policy

Refund will be allowed 15 days from time of arrival of the product. Before a refund is allowed kindly take a photo of the product to be returned and send it to info@triesti.com. All returned products need to be in their original packaging were applicable. Please note that worn or torn items will not be eligible for a refund. Alternatively we can arrange for a placement.
